The tower of the house houses a beautiful staircase that connects the two main floors and leads to the solarium at the top. Descend to the lower floor to discover three additional bedrooms (two of them with air conditioning), two bathrooms, a secondary kitchen, and a living-dining room with access to an outdoor porch and the garden with sea views. The porch space, with its cozy atmosphere and beautiful sea views in the shade, is the perfect area to enjoy the sea breeze.
