From the street next to the parking we will access to a flight of stairs that descend to a large patio with garden chairs to rest and have a drink in the sun.  

  Distributed on two levels. At the entrance of the house, we have on the right side behind the door some stairs that you will not need to use as they lead to the garage of the house and is closed, on the left you will find the door of a toilet next to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle and coffee maker, plus all the utensils you may need for cooking, has a bar to connect if there are guests in the dining room to not miss anything! the living - dining room is very cozy with A/C and fireplace and windows that access the terrace overlooking the sea, where there is also oitro dining room for 6 people and two chairs with a side table.

 On the first floor we find the three bedrooms, doubles with fitted closets and a small extra closet on the same floor to share, one of the bedrooms is suite with A/C and
 bathroom with shower 2 sinks and 2 mirrors,  the others share a bathroom with large mirrored bathtub and a sink, the suite and a double room have access to balcony with views of trees and the outside areas at the back of the house in unevenness. 

From a corridor on this level there is access to the service area where is the water heater and laundry area and a carpeted relaxation area for various activities with access to the backyard and another in slope behind the house, which communicates to some side stairs that return to the courtyard above the house.

The Begur coast enjoys a shoreline of unparalleled beauty, whose cliffs and pines, the crystal waters of its hidden coves and its abrupt coastline, make this area one of the most characteristic of the Costa Brava. Begur has eight coves and beaches, located to the north, east and south of the town, with different characters and completely different kinds of natural beauty. The first beach from the north is Platja del Racó, found near the neighboring town of Pals. It is the widest beach of Begur and offers a beautiful view of the Medes Islands.

Following the coast southwest is the Illa Roja beach, internationally renowned nudist beach. This beautiful beach, one of the most emblematic begur coasts, is characterized by a chaired by a reddish rocky islet that gives its name to the cove.
Also to the north lies the village of Sa Riera beach, one of the Begur largest and nearest town with an excellent location, then the right is the sheltered cove port from Port d'es Pi, and the left, the Cala del Rei. Sa Riera, which gets its name from a river that divides the beach into two halves, retains its traditional character and also offers various sports activities and tourism services.
Located in the east cove ofAiguafreda small cove sheltered by the Puig Rodó hill. There are a small pier for boats and a pleasant picnic area.
The next cove east also, Sa Tuna is characteristic for its sheltered location, access and tortuous. This beach offers a nice bath in clean and transparent waters, and nice walks along the coastal path.
In the southern coast of Begur Platja Fonda are the unique, located at the foot of the majestic Cape of Begur. This natural hide, with thick sand and dark, has managed to remain untouched and preserved a primitive purity rarely found in other parts of the Costa Brava.
Also located in the south, the coves of Fornells, where according to tradition, this coast was baptized, a hundred years ago, with the familiar name of "Costa Brava". The coastal trail serves as a bridge to reach all the small creeks that form the core of Fornells: cove n'Estasia, Ses Orats, Malaret and the Port Esclanyà cove. These coves are shared characteristic of the sand is not fine, but you can sunbathe in peace, and water is very clear.
The last beach belonging to Begur, south of Fornells, is the welcoming Aiguablava, beach, characteristic for its crystalline waters and shallow, and its fine sand and clearly.
The coastal paths (camins de ronda) are one of Begur’s principal and best-known attractions. Historically-speaking, they are old paths criss-crossing the coast, used mainly by customs officers to keep an eye on tobacco smugglers, and by fishermen and sailors to go fishing or in cases of shipwreck.
For golf enthusiasts, Catalonia boasts 30 golf courses. With 7 excellent golf courses and a year-round playing season, 
Only in Playa the Pals visitors can enjoy three golf courses within 10 miles. 

Easy access to water sports with windsurfing on a sandy beach with a length of about 3 km. Diving centres are located at a distance of 20 km in Estartit and Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc.
Easy access to sports like Cycling and mountain biking, water sports, walking and hiking, scuba diving, fishing.
Catalonia offers visitors a tremendous range of opportunities to enjoy culture. Medieval Villages , Castles and Cathedrals in a maximum distance of 45 Km.  (Peratallada Castle. Empordà Castle, Girona Cathedral, and the royal palace Palau lo Mirador in Torroella de Montgri) 
The Gothic representation is also at a maximum distance of 45 Km (Church of Sant Feliu in Girona, Church of Torroella de Montgrí, Basilica of Santa Maria in Castelló d’Empúries).

Located 900MTS from the supermarket and 750 from various stores and restaurants. 
At street level there is a ramp in front of the closed garage of the house with parking for one car.
