One of the terraces is furnished as an outdoor dining area and provides direct access to the swimming pool. This floor includes two bedrooms: one with a single bed and one with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Air conditioning is available only in the living room. There is also a study/home office.
Pool Level (Lower Floor):
The lower floor, at pool level, comprises three double bedrooms, each with its own independent entrance from the outside. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. This floor also offers two bathrooms, both fitted with walk-in showers.
