Here there is a modern, well appointed kitchen with a dining area that gives access to the extensive front terrace complete with covered area and impressive sea views. These views are also enjoyed by the attractive living room. There is a guest toilet on this level. Next to the kitchen are a laundry and a pantry and a door to the rear terrace with barbecue area, outdoors kitchen and fridge.
The floor below is the ground floor with doors to the beautiful private garden and pool (jacuzzi not operational) . On this floor there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
