Located in the center of Begur and completely surrounded by a garden. Distributed in different spaces, this house allows each person to find their favorite place both indoors and outdoors. Many rooms open onto a terrace and each of these terraces has its ideal moment of the day. The kitchen communicates with a terrace and the garden. Depending on the time of year you can have breakfast in the sun on a magnificent winter day or in the shade on a hot summer day. The living room and dining room, two independent areas, also have access to a terrace. And the two bedrooms on the ground floor have access to large terraces.
The garden completely surrounds the house giving a feeling of total isolation from an urban center. And yet it is in the same center with access to all services. The sloping garden also offers different spaces to choose from and each one of them allows total privacy. We imagine this house for a family with members of many ages and who living together each have their own independent space.
In one part of the garden there is a small building with warehouse functions and just in front there is a space where a swimming pool could be built.
Access to the house is by stairs from the garden. These stairs lead up to the barbecue and summer dining area.
Access to the house can be done from two points. Through the kitchen that is next to the barbecue or through the living room that is on a lower level.
The house is on three levels. Kitchen on the upper floor with integrated dining space and from which you can access the barbecue area in the garden and a north-facing terrace, going down a flight of stairs we find a pantry. Right next to the bedroom suite (bathroom with Jacuzzi) and a courtesy toilet with a small shower.
The living room is divided into two environments and receives light through windows on two sides, accesses a terrace. Then the winter dining room with fireplace and again with access to the terrace.
Next to the dining room and before going down one floor we find a small room.
And on the ground floor there is a distributor converted into a dressing room, a bedroom (currently used as an office) with access to a terrace. A library and a bedroom with bathroom again with terrace.
